Corporate Pizza Catering for Pascon Ltd’s 25th Anniversary in Aldridge

We recently had the pleasure of providing corporate catering in Walsall for Pascon Ltd as the company celebrated its 25th anniversary at its premises in Aldridge.

The team were looking for a relaxed lunchtime catering option for around 30 members of staff, and freshly cooked wood-fired pizza proved to be the perfect way to mark the occasion.

With temperatures reaching around 35°C on the day, it was certainly one of the hottest corporate events we’ve catered! Thankfully, alongside our wood-fired pizzas, Pascon had also arranged an ice cream van for the team – a particularly welcome addition given the weather.

Fresh Wood-Fired Pizza Cooked On-Site

For the celebration, we arrived ahead of the lunchtime service and set up our mobile wood-fired pizza kitchen at Pascon’s premises in Aldridge.

One of the advantages of our mobile setup is that we don’t require access to a commercial kitchen. We bring everything needed to prepare and cook the pizzas on-site, making our service particularly well suited to offices, warehouses, factories and business premises.

For Pascon’s anniversary celebration, the menu consisted of three popular choices:

• Margherita
• Pepperoni
• Diavola

Each pizza was prepared and cooked fresh in our wood-fired oven before being sliced and served buffet-style for the team to enjoy.

Buffet-Style Corporate Pizza Catering

For this event, Pascon chose our buffet-style service.

Rather than everyone ordering an individual pizza, freshly cooked pizzas were sliced and continually added to the buffet. This allowed staff to help themselves, try different toppings and return for more throughout the service.

It’s a simple and sociable way of catering a workplace event and means colleagues can eat at their own pace while enjoying the celebration together.
