Wood-Fired Pizza Catering for a Wedding Celebration at Fallow Forest, Cannock

Anthony & Katie celebrated their marriage with family and friends at Fallow Forest in Cannock, and we were delighted to be back at this fantastic local venue providing the evening food.

The couple had chosen Fallow Forest for their post-elopement wedding celebration, with around 62 guests joining them for an evening of live music, drinks and, of course, plenty of freshly cooked wood-fired pizza.

Wedding Catering at Fallow Forest

Fallow Forest is just a short distance from our Cannock base and is a venue we know well, having catered for a number of celebrations there over the years.

For Anthony & Katie’s celebration, we served our pizzas buffet style from 7pm. This works particularly well for relaxed wedding receptions, as pizzas are cooked continuously in our wood-fired oven, sliced and added to the buffet table for guests to help themselves.

It means there’s no need for everyone to queue and order individually, and guests can go back to try different pizzas throughout the service.

The Pizza Menu

The couple chose a varied menu for the evening, including:

• Margherita
• Pepperoni
• Brie & Caramelised Onion
• Pancetta with garlic & chilli
• Cheesy Garlic Bread

Everything was prepared and cooked fresh on-site in our wood-fired oven, with the buffet continually replenished throughout the evening.

We can also cater for a range of dietary requirements when arranged in advance. If you’re planning your own wedding, we’ll discuss any requirements with you before the event so that we can plan the service accordingly.

A Relaxed Evening Wedding Celebration

One of the things we love about catering at Fallow Forest is how well the venue suits this kind of relaxed evening celebration.

Anthony & Katie had live music, a photo booth and their own choice of drinks for guests to enjoy, while we looked after the pizza.

There was a brilliant atmosphere throughout the evening, and it was lovely to hear so many positive comments about the food while we were serving.
