I’m Richard Giustiniani, founder of Pizza Al Forno Staffordshire. As my surname suggests, great pizza runs in my blood. My family comes from Larino in Molise, southern Italy — a place where food means family and pizza is part of everyday life.
My Nonna was known locally for her incredible pizzas. The care and love she put into cooking still inspire everything we do today.
Back in Staffordshire, I spent a year testing recipes and refining our dough. I hosted countless pizza nights for friends and neighbours until we created flavours we were truly proud of.
That passion became Pizza Al Forno Staffordshire — a friendly, home-grown business run by myself and my wife, Kim. Together, we bring our Italian family values to every event. As a result, our catering feels relaxed, welcoming and personal. Many clients mention this in our Testimonials page.
We import authentic Italian ingredients and pair them with fresh local produce wherever possible. This balance creates pizzas full of flavour and tradition. We handcraft every pizza on site and cook it in our wood-burning oven for a crisp Neapolitan-style base and smoky aroma.
